Returns & Refunds:
Our refund policy is 7 calendar days from the date you received it. If 7 calendar days have elapsed since your receipt date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Return shipping must be on your own expenses. We do not offer free shipping for returns.
If you need to return or exchange your item(s), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All damaged item(s) returned for exchange or refund must include a photograph attachment with a description of the damage.

(Please note that this is only an address for return items, it is not a store front department.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. No refunds will be issued for used item(s).
